Who's behind it

My name is Pavel Misař and I created Vitalita50 for one reason: I was looking for a simple system that works even during a full working week.

I'm not a doctor. I'm someone who spent years testing different approaches – breathing, nutrition, sleep, movement – and gradually eliminated everything unnecessary. What remained is what truly works consistently, without dramatic lifestyle changes.

I focus on simplicity, consistency and concrete results. No magic, just habits.

Frequently asked questions

Most people notice the first changes in energy and sleep after 7–14 days. It depends on your starting point and consistency. This isn't a sprint – it's about setting up a system that works long-term.

Yes. I don't assume any prior knowledge. I'll explain everything from the basics and adapt the pace to you. If you've never heard of the Buteyko method or blood sugar, that's perfectly fine.

No. Cold exposure is an optional component within Vitalita50 for those who are interested. The basic protocol works without it. No cold showers are required.

Yes. Vitalita50 works great alongside any sport. Breathing training improves performance and recovery, the nutritional approach supports performance and body composition. Oxygen Advantage is designed specifically for athletes.

If you're dealing with a diagnosed health condition (cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic etc.), consult your doctor first. Vitalita50 is not treatment – it's working with everyday habits. For mild limitations, everything can usually be adapted.
